These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stellarcast website at stellarcast.ai and any related services we offer (the "Services"), operated by Stellarcast Pvt Ltd ("Stellarcast", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Services
Stellarcast provides information about, and early access to, an AI-search visibility platform. During our early-access phase, features, availability and pricing are evolving and may change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer of service.
Early access and audits
If you request a free audit or early access, you are asking us to contact you and, where applicable, to include you in a pilot group. Participation is at our discretion, and we may limit, decline or discontinue access. Any audit or report we provide is for your informational use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through our forms;
- copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the site for a competing purpose without permission;
- use the Services in violation of any applicable law.
Intellectual property
