Peec AI vs Semrush AI Toolkit (2026): price, engines, pick

Peec AI is a dedicated AI visibility monitor. Semrush bundles AI visibility into its SEO plans. Which is better depends on whether you already pay for Semrush.

Stellarcast is our product, so read this knowing our bias. Every vendor fact below was read from the vendor's own pages on 17 October 2026; anything a vendor does not state is marked "not published".

The short answer

Semrush now sells AI visibility inside its plans: the $139 a month SEO plan includes AI search tracking without a prompt quota, and the $199 Starter plan adds 50 tracked prompts a day on one domain across Google Search, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. On 26 September its AI Visibility Toolkit was listed separately at $99 a month per domain; on 17 October that standalone price no longer appears. Peec AI's $95 Starter gives 50 prompts on three engines you choose. If you already live in Semrush, stay there. If AI visibility is the job, Peec's analytics go deeper for less.

Semrush recommends; Peec reports. Neither publishes a fix to your site from the AI visibility product. From $89 it sends the fixes you approve to WordPress as drafts, and from $249 every lift claim is labeled MEASURED, LIKELY or TOO-EARLY with a P25 to P75 range, across 27 markets measured with native-language prompts. See what AI says about you today

The free audit asks Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity the questions buyers in your market ask, and shows where a competitor is named instead of you. No card, no commitment.
