AirOps vs Content Harmony (2026): refreshes, pricing, pick
AirOps and Content Harmony both help a content team improve pages, but they start from different data. AirOps pairs content workflows with AI answer-engine insights; Content Harmony grades a page against a search topic model.
Stellarcast is our product, so read this knowing our bias. Every vendor fact below was read from airops.com and contentharmony.com on 18 October 2026, including AirOps' own refresh guide (dated 13 October 2026) and Content Harmony's grader and writer docs; anything a vendor does not state is marked "not published".
The short answer
Content Harmony is a keyword-report, brief and grader tool with public pricing: $50 a month for 5 content workflows up to $799 for 150, Enterprise from $1,000, unlimited users, and a $10 trial for 10 workflows. Its pages describe no AI search tracking. AirOps is a content production platform with no published prices (Solo and Pro plans, and a 14-day free trial per its pricing FAQ) that adds answer-engine insights: ChatGPT only on Solo, seven or more answer engines on Pro. If AI answers are part of why you refresh pages, AirOps covers that signal; if you want a cheap, predictable brief and grading workflow for search, Content Harmony does.
Side by side
| AirOps | Content Harmony | |
|---|---|---|

| Top published plan | Enterprise, custom | Enterprise from $1,000/mo for 200+ workflows, with early API access |
| Trial | 14-day free trial (per its pricing FAQ); overage $0.025 a task on Solo | $10 for 10 workflows, no time limit, no automatic billing |
| AI search data | Solo: ChatGPT insights only. Pro: insights across 7+ answer engines, not named per tier | Not published; built on a search topic model |
| What a unit buys | Tasks consumed by content workflows | One workflow = a keyword report, a content brief and a content grader for one page |
| Publishing | CMS integrations (basic on Solo; CMS, SEO, AEO and social on Pro); human review and approvals listed | No CMS publishing described; full API access listed as a product update |
| Performance tracking | Its refresh guide says Page360 "brings these signals together in one place", including AI citation tracking | Not described on its pricing, product or grader pages |

Refresh prioritization: who picks the page
The two split cleanly on the first question of any refresh program: which page do you touch next? AirOps' refresh guide scores every candidate on four things: traffic trend (a drop of 20% or more over a quarter), ranking opportunity (positions 4 to 20), business value, and AI visibility, meaning pages that should be cited for your core prompts but are not. It then sorts pages into urgent, scheduled and monitor-only tiers, and says its Workflows can automate that scoring from its Insights data, with filters such as "Losing AI Visibility" and "Losing Clicks".
Content Harmony starts after the page is chosen. Its "Optimize Existing Content" workflow has you paste an underperforming page into the grader and switch recommendations to "Unused" mode, which lists the common topics and phrases your page does not cover yet. The score reflects how many recommended phrases you use. That is useful for deciding what to add, but it does not rank pages, and it does not watch what AI answers say about you.
Where each one wins
- AirOps: refresh candidates ranked with AI visibility as one input, drafting at volume, and CMS integrations, with human review and approvals in its feature table.
- Content Harmony: a public price per page, unlimited users, a $10 trial, and a clear topical checklist for each page you choose to update.
Where Stellarcast fits
Stellarcast is not a brief-writing suite. It measures the AI side of the refresh decision: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot daily on every plan from $39 a month, ranked gaps where a competitor is named instead of you, and from $89 drafted fixes sent to WordPress as drafts once you approve them. From $249 every lift claim is labeled MEASURED, LIKELY or TOO-EARLY, so a refresh's effect is reported with its confidence label, including TOO-EARLY when the evidence is thin. See the plans.
See what AI says about you today
The free audit asks Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity the questions buyers in your market ask, and shows where a competitor is named instead of you. No card, no commitment.
